- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp honey or maple
- Handful of berries
- Pinch of cinnamon
do this
- Stir everything in a jar.
- Pop the lid on and chill overnight.
- Wake up. Top with extra berries. Smile.
